Back to Back Pilates will enable all back pain sufferers to take control over their symptoms and ultimately their lives. It provides an affordable solution to back pain. Highly educational, but easy to follow and based entirely on scientific evidence. Equivalent to 2 DVD’s in one, this 73 minute production combines relevant information with a gentle, physiotherapy based Pilates exercise routine.
Quite simply, eliminating back pain is now an option for all. The gentle techniques needed to reduce pain are presented in a clear, accurate, simple and easy to follow format.
This DVD is the first of its kind. The research into back pain is now conclusive and this DVD brings this information to the public. 80% of the adult population will experience back pain. Finally there is a resource targeting this group.
“The problem that can occur with many exercise- based DVD’s is that it can be difficult to pick up the subtleties of the movements. This is certainly not the case with this DVD and it is obvious that a lot of time and thought has been put into the production process. There are extensive coaching cues as well as the use of multiple angles and 3 dimensional animated models showing the target muscles”.
